Volunteer with JAMH

Volunteers play a vital role in helping JAMH support mental health across the community. Whether you can give a few hours a week or help occasionally, your time and skills make a real difference.  We welcome volunteers for all kinds of roles - from admin and back-office support to helping at events, managing social media, or lending professional expertise. If you’re organised, creative, or simply passionate about improving mental health, we’d love to hear from you.  Training and guidance are provided where needed, and most roles can be flexible around your schedule.

Volunteering with JAMH has been incredibly rewarding. I started by helping with admin and event planning, but soon found myself using my professional skills to support the team in other ways too. It’s amazing to see how even a small contribution can have such a big impact on people’s lives.
