JAMH was founded to make mental health support accessible and culturally sensitive within the Jewish community. Since 2020, we’ve provided therapy, training, and wellbeing support so no one faces mental health challenges alone.
Our Team

DR SANDI MANN
Chair, Co-Founder & Trustee
Dr Sandi Mann is a Chartered Psychologist and founder of the Mind Training Clinic in Manchester. Alongside her private practice, she lectures at university level and is the author of more than twenty self-help psychology books.

KATE LURIE
Project Manager & Co-Founder
Kate Lurie is JAMH’s Project Manager and Co-Founder, responsible for the day-to-day running of the charity. She coordinates projects, events, and the wider team to ensure JAMH continues to grow and thrive.

DANIEL NISSEN
Clinical Lead
Daniel Nissen is a qualified Psychotherapist and Counsellor working in both the NHS and private practice. As Clinical Lead for JAMH, he oversees all therapeutic provision and clinical standards.

BELINDA RICH
Trustee
Belinda Rich spent a decade working in the Clinical Trials industry and is now completing a Masters in Counselling and Psychotherapy. She brings both professional experience and academic insight to her role as Trustee.

JONNY WINEBERG
Trustee
Jonny Wineberg is a consultant for non-profit organisations and serves as Director of Operations for #WeStandTogether. He has extensive experience in community leadership and charitable development.

BERNARD YARDLEY
Treasurer & Trustee
Bernard Yardley has served as Treasurer and Trustee for a range of charities over the past 15 years. At JAMH, he oversees financial management and governance with expertise and dedication.

SOPHIE BLOOM
Trustee
Sophie Bloom joined JAMH as a Trustee motivated by her own experiences of receiving mental health support. A single parent to two young boys, she brings compassion and lived experience to the team.

RABBI BENJY RICKMAN
Trustee
Rabbi Benjy Rickman is community Rabbi at Yeshurun Synagogue in Cheadle. He is also a broadcaster and experienced educator.

LUCY FEINGOLD
Trustee & Clinical Advice Team
Lucy Feingold is a qualified psychotherapist in private practice and a board member of Eema Care. She has worked therapeutically at King David High School and Salford University and advises JAMH on clinical matters.

GABBY WITKIN
Trustee
Gabby Witkin is a Counsellor in private practice and a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner within the NHS. Gabby assists with marketing and fundraising , future planning, clinical work and directives. “I am committed to seeing improved support for mental health in our local communities”
